I LOVE going to the dentist – yes there are a few of us out there who totally love being tilted back in the chair to have their teeth scraped, flossed, and polished. I truly look forward to this every 6 months. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Allen for a LONG time and have followed him as his practice has grown into Mill Forest Dental Group. I have never had a problem with billing, I’ve never waited over 5 min past my appointment time, they use the newest technology and the staff is very organized and friendly. And each chair has their own TV, what’s better than watching Peoples Court while your pearly whites are getting cleaned! The entire office is beautifully decorated in a Tuscan theme, I wish more medical offices would hire a decorator, instead we are subjected to the cold 1980’s feeling most offices have.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hermstein. My daughter was here for Christmas from out of town and had a terrible toothache. I called Dr. Hermstein on the Sunday before Christmas and left her a message. She actually called me back and got my daughter a prescription for antibiotics and pain medicine. The amazing thing was that Dr. Hermstein called me at 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning and told me she wasn’t scheduled to come in that day (December 23) but would meet me and my daughter at 9:00 at the office. Wow! She examined my daughter and told my daughter what the problem was which comforted her to know what had to be done. I know Dr. Hermstein was off on the 23rd, has 3 little boys and made the extra effort to take care of my daughter. I am so thankful for Dr. Hermstein going the extra mile. Mill Forest Dental Group is the best!
